CSUF Strategic Plan 2024-2029
California State University, Fullerton is in the process of developing Fullerton Forward 2024-2029, our next Strategic Plan. The process started in spring 2023 with our entire university community – faculty, students, staff, alumni, and community partners – coming together to review our previous strategic plan progress and to reflect upon our priorities for the near future. The diverse voices and collective vision gathered through this process provide rich data to the Strategic Plan Development Committee, who have synthesized the information into a draft plan. The university community reviewed the draft Strategic Plan and provided feedback throughout fall 2023, with was incorporated into the finalization of
Fullerton Forward 2024-2029.
We look forward to celebrating the launch of our new Strategic Plan together on Feb. 7!
