Our Progress

The implementation of Fullerton Forward 2024-2029 is taking place across CSUF through universitywide alignment (for details of universitywide alignment, see this internal document). Every division, college and unit align their efforts with the university strategic plan through translating the university goals and objectives into their own context, and developing and carrying out focused strategies to reach the desired outcomes. The progress of the Strategic Plan is overseen by the Strategic Plan Oversight Committee (SPOC) comprising key constituents representing diverse stakeholders of the university. The progress will also be regularly communicated to the broad Titan community on this webpage and via other venues in a collective effort to monitor and adjust – with the continuous improvement mindset – to move Fullerton Forward.

September 2024

The implementation of Fullerton Forward 2024-2029 kicked off in spring and summer 2024 across CSUF through universitywide alignment. Every division, college and unit aligned their efforts with the university strategic plan through translating the university goals and objectives into their own context, and developing and carrying out focused strategies to reach the desired outcomes.
